Primarily a medical ship, but armed better than most! The Sky Dancer is fully equipped to respond to a planet medical emergency or a world wide evacuation, but also able to stand toe-to-toe with the most powerful ships in the universe. The USS Falcon was constructed soon after the war began with the Dominion in 2374, before going into full service in 2375. The ship was designed to specialize in science and diplomatic missions and serves as one of the fleets best "First Contact" ships, with full scientific and diplomatic capabilities. Starbase Delta is primarily a marine Starbase, and the secondary base of operations for Gamma Fleet. It is situated on the borders of a newly-discovered, and still mysterious race called the Karrians. Peace between the Federation and the Karrians is very fragile, and is threatening to collapse. Unwilling to tolerate another war, Starfleet has set up a top-secret base on the border of Karrian space. Starbase Delta is that base. It's mission: To prevent another war with any means possible, protect the border colonies, and learn more about the Karrians.
